Hi, I’m Carlos.

I spent the last ten years building software — co-founding a company (since acquired) and shipping products with a lot of good teams across healthcare, education, and fintech. The pattern I kept seeing: the actual work — the medicine, the teaching, the building — is human and hard and worth it. It’s everything around the work that quietly eats the day.

Then the ground moved. For the first time, software can plan, build, and operate — not just assist from the sidelines. The ingredients are finally here, and the hard part stopped being whether AI can do the work. It became knowing what to build, what to automate, what to keep human, and how to earn trust. That’s a judgment problem — and judgment is the one thing that doesn’t come in the box.

So I built a studio instead of a single company. Moon Rhino is two things at once: a studio that builds AI-native companies, and the operating layer those companies run on. We don’t hand the whole company to an autopilot — we design companies where agents do the work, the founder keeps the judgment, and the result is something people can actually trust.
