The work itself was never the problem. Treating the patient, teaching the class, building the thing — that part is human, and hard, and worth doing. What wears people down is everything piled around it: the forms, the follow-ups, the busywork that quietly eats the day.

I learned that the long way. For about a decade I co-founded and ran Tyrannosaurus Tech — a software firm, since acquired — and built across wildly different worlds: the longevity company Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis started, an Atlanta fintech moving money across borders, a school platform used in classrooms around the world, and a long list of others. Same story every time — the people were great at the work, and the work around the work was drowning them.

Then the ground moved. For the first time, software can actually do the work — plan it, make it, run it — not just sit on the sidelines and assist. So the hard part stopped being whether the machine can do the job. It became judgment: what to hand over, what to keep human, and how to earn trust while you do it. That part still doesn’t come in a box.

So I started Moon Rhino — a studio with a single idea at its core:

We build what gets the work done, not just another piece of software to manage.

Most software hands you one more thing to manage. We’d rather take the thing off your plate: find the expensive, repeating work inside a business, build what does it, and stay to run it. The agents carry the load. You keep the judgment. Trust is designed in from day one.

And I’m not describing this from the outside. I’m building the first ventures myself — What Does My Contract Say, and LiberaMD — where we try the approach on ourselves first, and everything we believe shows up in how they actually work.
